Brief History and Background
Founded in 2001, Estate Builders core competency is the development of residential properties. Its primary focus is not building houses, but creating homes, which has differentiated us from the market. This has been possible by a dynamic team sharing the same passion to create homes. The team works together from procurement of land to the designing of the plans to optimize space not only in the homes but also in the outside living areas.
Director, Pieter Botha, graduated at the University of Pretoria with a B.Sc (Construction Management) degree and has been building town house complexes and homes, varying in sizes from 100 m2 to 700 m2. He has built and project managed approximately 300 town house complexes and homes since 1998. With more than 10 years experience within the building industry and taking a hands-on approach in all of our building projects, clients' expectations are surpassed time and time again.
Client homes are built on a quotation base, with clients being given a comprehensive list of quantities and preliminary costs to ensure the perfect end product. Various styles have been built to the satisfaction of the clients as per the attached pictures as examples of previous work.
